We appear to have cloned the Debian tools directly, so it's already there. As
noted, we have nothing tagged.

For folks new to the project, it's useful to have some notion of what has to
be done to achieve various goals. Process documentation is important, and this
includes knowing what's left to do for things like releases. I'm brand new to
Devuan, and I've never been a Debian maintainer, so I'm starting fresh. It's
not unreasonable to look to the folks who've been doing the work to get an
understanding of how the project likes to do it and what's entailed. Think,
for instance, of the Debian mentor program.

You were requesting text about why systemd is problematic for free software,
if I understood the request correctly. I'm not sure there's a happy, friendly
way to do this. Do you have suggestions? Are there points I make that seem
incorrect in some way?

If I've wasted my time writing the piece after you requested that I do so,
I'll try to be more careful where I spend my time in the future. I'm frankly
confused about this interaction, so maybe I'm misunderstanding things.
