Not really fan of this for several reasons.
hard to maintain a list of several repository
good way to spread "bad practices"
split again the community.
I think make pre hook with higth qualities check can be better but allow
people to just link from repo for ie (in the better world full of
dragons (the goal for me)) :
i love this software
i make an add package request (devuan form)
some bot go on it and check if stuff for build on the repo exist
if yes just build it with several additionnal test
