Indeeed there are 3 options:
1. Help beowulf be released and upgrade to it
2. Upgrade to beowulf even if it's still considered testing
3. Use sury's php packages. It's the same Debian developer, but it
*is* indeed a third-party repository and all the warnings
associated with that apply. Though it really is the same Debian
developer.

You can also use a combination of the 3 :-). It all depends on the
number of hosts you have and the specific needs of those hosts.
