Exactly, but in practices we shouldn't reduce it just to "time", because
the "conditions" during that time are relevant too. Or even the
"corruption" generated parallelly, for example, when saving time.

The main idea behind that reflexion I think refers more to workers and
citizens, trying to focus the logic of their claims to the factor of
time. For example, do not do "overtime/extra hours" but receive money in
return. Or fight for pollution in the city, alluding to the time it
takes to move from one place to another. It is also a way for people to
begin to see themselves.

This is familiar to liberals, because they always need time for their
business. It is also a way to confuse them since they have no one to
attack since time is not an exclusive thing of immigrants, women or
"different"

Remember that one of the main objectives of many technologies is only to
save time and that fact, usually generates some kind of corruption.
