Hm. Something here seems fishy to me.
I'm sorry but without anymore information, it would be difficult for anyone
to do anything in this situation.

If this is some call to arms, the last thing you would want is a government
looking into the inner workings of groups like this.
Also, why in the hell would someone attempt to go to Japan, a country that
will ban you from entering if you have so much as a petty theft on your
record?
Something here doesn't make sense. Judging by his tweet, he also knew they
were coming for him. Again, why Japan?
People typically go TO south and central america to avoid authorities so
I'm even further confused.

Amir seems to be alluding to a roundup so-to-speak. If that is the case,
should everyone in this list be concerned?
Some of us welcome said challenges in the event of suppression of
technology use. Curiously, I can't help but feel this isn't an isolated
incident.

Who else is being detained for BS reasons such as Mr. Bini? (Other than
Assange, but we know already know why he's being held)
