Central bases of tactical operation are easy to shutdown.
On the other hand, routine gatherings of strategic
thought operations can be helpful to not be so much
of this...

And it is right... there needs to be a few <x>'s in
the world, even just one to succeed that is truly different.
People must be there to make that happen.
There's a few projects trying to do this in different
places in the world. Good can build what war destroyed :)
