hey,
running unstable you can come across situations like this, many times.
personally i use safer `apt upgrade ` in ceres/unstable. mainly, cause i
need the system running :)
as for this current situation, i don't have such an issue with ceres.
can you paste someplace, a list of upgrades? (`apt list --upgradable`)
you could try updateing from another mirror as well, maybe sync delays
can trigger such issues.
