Was Not Installed - installed, & after Reboot, IT WORKS!

Would this fix make that package become a dependency(at install)?

And would this justify a bug report, adding the need to install 2 different pkgs,
to get 2 different programs working proper?
What are the names of the 2 different packages - to report? (I don't know :)
