due to the problems I decide to remove temporanement from my repo beowulf this packages:

.mate-control-center

.mate-power-manafer

.mate-panel

.mate-menu

as soon as the various problems are solved they will be re-uploaded

early issues:

power-manager icon is broken, as in devuan packages
(https://dev1galaxy.org/viewtopic.php?id=601). no power events are
caught. suspend from "quit" menu seems to work, but when laptop lid is
closed it doesn't.

also missing clock/date/weather from panel, and clock applet can't be
added to panel.. (add button does nothing for this particular applet)
mate-applets is still in 1.20.3-1 version. no 1.21 package available
yet. so, maybe incompatibilities there (?).
