Sometimes I wonder if this nightmare is ever going to end. Aron Xu removed
the init scripts from backports.

Someone from the zfs irc said they will see if they can look into it. I'm
thinking if this does not fixed in a the next couple of weeks, it's just best
to fork it. I'm just getting so frustrated with this.
