Hello,

I'm upgrading some machines from Debian wheezy to Devuan ascii via jessie.

Because I use file-rc and it is not part of ascii, the update from jessie to ascii does not work.
(To escape the breakage I just downloaded and installed file-rc from Debian stretch.)

What is the procedure to come to file-rc in devuan ascii?
