This could go in the devuan-sanity package, actually. parazyd had
started working on it, IIRC.

First, and just to avoid confusion: this is not a customer care
centre, so shouting at the phone won't make your message any more
clear (only more disturbing to read/hear on the other side) :)

Second, what are you scared of, exactly? A bunch of *text* *files*
that can only be interpreted by a running systemd daemon, which is not
even installable in Devuan? Really?

You should try to understand where your fears come from, and what you
can do to let them scare you not any more in the future :) [*]

[*] Those files are service files put there by several different
packages which would also be able to work under systemd. There is
absolutely no reason of removing those, first of all because they are
innocuous if systemd is not running, and second because that would
entail forking a whole lot of packages without any substantial gain.
