Timothy Pearson is behind todays owner controlled computing hardware
movement as the creator of the TALOS 2 and I suggest you email him if
you need assistance getting devuan onto POWER - I imagine raptor can
provide what the devuan dev team needs.

systemd free distro that is easier to use than gentoo.
