jessie uses auto.mirror.devuan.org on the install isos which have the
matching key.

ASCII uses deb.devuan.org and isos have the matching key.

auto.mirror is deprecated in ascii will go away when jessie reaches EOL.
But it is still the mirror required to install jessie. Once jessie is
installed the latest key can be installed and sources changed to
deb.devuan.org.

This situation has produced some confusing irc conversations such as the
