YES. This would be very helpful to people transitioning to Devuan from Debian in the name of escaping systemd.

The number of lines I got from $ locate systemd was over 400, and a previous question I asked on this list about libsystemd0 simply went unanswered. I think it's crucial to create and post some boilerplate on the site about how the divorce from Debian is maintained when so many packages still come from Debian.
