IMHO it should be under the copyright notice, wherever that is
included (beginning, end with full formula). For instance:

Copyright (C) 2016-2018 Dyne.org foundation, Amsterdam
written by:   2016-2017 Vincenzo Nicosia
              2017-2018 Ivan J
              2018      Michael Siegel
etc.
