And how exactly should this be done?
I have created a section called "Credits" at the end of the manual into
which all that information could go. Would that be ok?
Debian does it differently: They have an appendix called "Administrivia"
containing info on "major contributions" (see:
https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/apes03.html.en) This is also
where they put their trademark acknowledgement.
