Wait, that is the fingerprint of the original devuan repository on
auto.mirror.devuan.org (or packages.devuan.org), so if you started
from a Devuan Jessie you should have it already installed.

Unless you are upgrading to Devuan Ascii form a *Debian* Jessie. In
that case:

# apt-get install devuan-keyring
