It's relevant here because we have participants from NZ/AU, and for
all of them 20:30 UTC on Nov. 15th will be some time on Nov. 16th,
whatever specific time-zone in NZ/AU they will find themselves :)
Anyway, it's much more simple than that: please just specify the UTC
Date and time, and that's unambiguous for everybody (and quite
convenient for somebody :P)
