No, 'disparate' not 'desparate' ;-)

Wonderful thing the English language, change one letter and totally
change the meaning.

disparate is an adjective and it means:

Essentially different in kind; not able to be compared.

PS, though thinking about it, perhaps you could use 'desparate' when
discussing systemd distros ;-)
