I have a little idea I have been tossing around in brain for ages but I'm stuck.

I'm quite used to building rpms but no experience with debs.

I have some stuff I'd like to experiment with on Devuan but need to convert the srpms to deb format.

Most of it is not actually compiled binaries.... just perl scripts to do various tasks.

I'd like to keep as much of the detail from the spec files as possible.

Does anyone have any advice?
