If only I could figure out which package :-|
Since I can't find anything that looks suitable, please excuse me
for posting this to devuan-dev.

Here's the state of my system before the switch.

  olaf@quark:~$ sed '/^$/d; /^#/d' /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*
  deb http://auto.mirror.devuan.org/merged/ jessie-security main
  deb http://auto.mirror.devuan.org/merged/ jessie-updates main
  deb http://auto.mirror.devuan.org/merged/ jessie main
  deb http://auto.mirror.devuan.org/merged/ jessie-backports main
  deb https://download.docker.com/linux/debian jessie edge

olaf@quark:~$ apt list --upgradable
Listing... Done

So my system is up-to-date.

Next, I switch.

  olaf@quark:~$ for f in /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*; do sudo sed -i 's/auto.mirror/pkgmaster/' $f; done
  olaf@quark:~$ sed '/^$/d; /^#/d' /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*
  deb http://pkgmaster.devuan.org/merged/ jessie-security main
  deb http://pkgmaster.devuan.org/merged/ jessie-updates main
  deb http://pkgmaster.devuan.org/merged/ jessie main
  deb http://pkgmaster.devuan.org/merged/ jessie-backports main
  deb https://download.docker.com/linux/debian jessie edge
  olaf@quark:~$ sudo apt-get update
  [...]
  olaf@quark:~$ apt list --upgradable 2>/dev/null | wc -l
  130

Now all of a sudden there are 130 packages that can be upgraded. It
turns out all of them are from the backports suite. If that suite was
not kept up-to-date on auto.mirror, then that probably makes sense but
it's surprising nevertheless.

What's slightly worrying though is that a number of these packages are
devuan ports that would now be upgraded to the debian package. As per

olaf@quark:~$ apt list --upgradable 2>/dev/null | grep devuan

reportbug/stable-backports 6.6.6~bpo8+1 all [upgradable from: 6.6.3+devuan1.3]

on my system. I'd think that upgrade of reportbug(!) is probably *not*
something that should happen. Not sure about bash-completions, cups and
pulseaudio(!) but for the time being I'll stick with auto.mirror.

Hope this helps,
