Yeah, this could be anything, from server backing up or under load and
refusing connections for a couple seconds to not being able to establish
a TCP connection. It's not an issue with the certificate, but a
connection issue.
As long as it's not too often and not too long, it's kinda normal once
in a while. With the newly added delay, notifications for these
connection glitches should be gone :).
