According to the script you showed below:

...your deb line in sources.list should look like:
deb
file:///mnt/datos/sistemas/linux/devuan/ experimental main
note the space between "devuan/" and "experimental". I might have
totally missed your point though, but the error you showed a few mails
back is typical of a wrong repo path.
