I did that. And I also looked at

and I followed the instructions as far as installing d1h, and getting
an account on git.devuan.org, and then I got as far as

https://git.devuan.org/devuan/devuan-maintainers

where it says I can

[Adopt a package]

or I can

[create an issue]

but I don't seem to be able to do any of those things, because all the
links on that page seem to be dead. Am I missing something?

I want to adopt the openvpn package, because I've used it for fifteen
years and I really can't work without it.
