It is relevant in proving you cannot do that and *lawfully* distribute the
module, which is what I have kept saying.

Your opinions were pretty clearly stated. The issue is that you keep your
words floating in the realm of opinions, all the while avoiding to provide
the technical solution that would put everything to rest:
