With "-serial mon:stdio" on the qemu command line, it starts it's
command shell in the start-up terminal. You next need to prod this with
"^A c" (no quotes) to get the prompt, and there you can do things like
"sendkey ctrl-alt-f1" and more. There is overwhelming documentation.
