Do you have any plans to implement SEGWIT this year?

Litecoin may activate SEGWIT and that may be one of the first ways that
it is becoming used.

Also, SEGWIT is alive on Bitcoin testnet and it would be great to
experience libbitcoin already there.

Just wanted to bring up the conversation.
