Hi Dan, All,

I am going step-by-step through the process of forking an exising
Debian package for reportbug, up to the stage of having it accepted in
our CI system, merging the existing documentation and abridging it
with comments and/or clarifications whenever necessary. I will post
the final document here when I am done.

I suspect we might want to have a little helper (in the same spirit of
dh) to facilitate wannabe maintainers like me setting up and
maintaining a package for Devuan without being git-ubergeeks. It looks
totally doable with a shell script and some glueing... (no, I am not
working on that, as yet...) ;)
