I have gone through reportbug recently, and I have noticed that
(although being a very nice tool) it suffers from a problem which has
become common to many software packages these days: it is
*bloated*.

We will have our own Devuan version of reportbug, to stay compatible,
but for hell's sake, it's more than 7k Python SLOC, and can even make
you a coffe, if you ask it nicely enough... O_o

In the meanwhile, I thought you might find handy the tiny shell script
attached, that I have been using to prepare minimal fake bug reports
for testing purposes. It just spits the email to stdout, so it's your
responsibility to pipe its output to sendmail, or whatever.
