Hi Dan,

you can file bugs to the package "debbugs". Bug reports can be sent
via email, using the format specified in the page:

https://bugs.devuan.org/Reporting.html

under the section "Sending the bug report via e-mail". It is possible
to use reportbug:

reportbug --template <packagename>

to prepare a template for a bug-report, but at the moment you have to
edit the To: header by hand, and change it into
"submit@???".

I am also sending a simple script in the next email.
