agree. also about gitlab, we may want to:
- make a list of repos and clone them serially into a gitolite
- save all accounts and hashing algo or at least emails of subscribers
- make sure all main contributors have a local copy

then go the route of gitolite and cgit and separate bugreport
platform. However I do not think this process should block jessie
now, but it should be known, planned and rolling out soonish.
