All libbitcoin repositories have been tagged with version 3.0.0 (in the
version3 branches).

Portable single file binary builds of Bitcoin Explorer (bx, Bitcoin Node
(bn) and Bitcoin Server (bs) will be uploaded later today for Linux, OSX
and Windows.

I'll be adding notes and a lot more documentation on server/node
configuration to the respective GitHub wikis later today. Bitcoin
Explorer (bx) documentation updates are complete.

Community servers are being resynchronized presently. The server wiki
will contain a listing later today.
