Not if you have "chattr +a /etc/resolv.conf", as I normally do. I
think the problem here is an automatic (undocumented) default, which
can be quite disturbing in most of the cases, and I would not expect
from a distribution like Debian. Or at least, like the Debian I
knew. But we have seen worse coming out of that camp, in the last few
years...
