Streamlink is a fork of livestreamer. its being maintained.

for list of available quality/bitrates. run:
streamlink "http://www.itv.com/hub/the-coming-war-on-china/2a4249a0001"

then, to stream in vlc:
streamlink "http://www.itv.com/hub/the-coming-war-on-china/2a4249a0001"
<quality/bitrate>

add -o <filename> to save.

can share a smaller version if need be. its 2hour long so 1.2Gb is not
that bad :) , quite good filesize. its in SD, not HD.
