there is another fun thing i am helping to organize in Berlin this year which is the "automatic mail encryption" meetup in the Onion offices next week. It's a hackathon and on satuday an unconference with people from different projects and contexts attending. On thursday there is a session with matthew from matrix.org and dominic from scuttlebot.io among others -- this one is going to focus on federated e2e encrypted messaging and mail (intersections, differences).
