Hi all,

I updated the repository of gnuinos including Ralph's manpages for vdev.
It also includes simple-netaid and the refracta-tools:

http://packages.gnuinos.org/

Before installing vdev be sure that the version of udev is the latest
215-17+deb8u5. On the other hand, only one of the existent initrd.img
will be updated; so, i recommend you to use an unique kernel.


Then ,you can install vdev by the following way:

1) Install the vdev-initramfs package:

# apt-get install vdev-initramfs

2) Run:

# vdev-initramfs vdev

3) Restart the system.


You can restore udev running:

# vdev-initramfs udev


Don't panic, it works :)
