I wouldn't be too much concerned about Internet polls. In particular,
a scientifically sound poll should ask a single question at a time,
and not mix four questions like in this case:

- Have you tried Devuan?
- If not, do you plan to try it in the future?
- If yes, do you think it is ready to use?
- If it is not ready to use, how much work do you think is needed?

proposing only 5 possible answers.

If we really want to read the results in a scientific-like way, we can
only conclude that almost 55% of those who voted have not tried
Devuan, and of those who tried it about 60% (27%/45%) think that it is
ready, while a good 28.9% (13%/45%) thinks that it needs a little more
work. This would mean than 88.9% of those who tried Devuan think that
it is either ready or needs small improvements to become ready.

Anyway, given the relatively small size of the sample, and the
enormous bias represented by the dozens of voters from this list, I
really would not attach any serious meaning to that poll :)
