I recommend you to begin packaging in the native source format, and
using dpkg-buildpackage. As an exercise, you can download the sources of
simple-netaid:
https://git.devuan.org/edbarx/netman.git
The source format is located in debian/source/format. Maybe i'll write a
guide about how to package in devuan/debian in the future. In any case,
it'll not be in the short term...
