hplip
is formally dependent on policykit-1,
but it is purely an option to ./configure script, a word in "Depends: " line and
a file in install list of a package. Everything is easily removed and package
continue to build, install and function PROPERLY after that.
Tried that since 3.15 version, confirm it is still same for 3.16.5+repack0 version.
Software supports policykit only as a BLOATY feature, not as a core dependency.

printer-driver-postscript-hp depends on hplip, so removed with it.
