You can't prove innapropriate touching with a rape kit obviously. The
question for our flawed law system is...how seriously can we take
allegations...

I would rather let a few assholes go free than convict one innocent.

We cant deny some women have used false accusations to their benefit. They
have ruined it for the rest of us. I often wonder if I'd even speak out if
I were to be raped. I would have 10 years ago. Now not so sure. And every
woman that I personally know who experienced rape or sexual harassment
never reported it.

This is the problem: good people who are real victims do not report abuse.
Bad people who have 0 issues with lying are happy to fabricate.

Everyone loses.

Do we respect isis for not involving the law? Or do we doubt her because
she did not?

I don't know. Not enough consistency for my mind to be made up in this
case...not that it matters. The sad part is...Jake is done whether guilty
or not.

Ps. If ur going to reference Stefan as a reliable source you may want look
into his past of inconsistency. For ex. preaching against copyright and
then getting his followers to flag a yt account that disagreed with him for
copyright in order to shut it down. Just saying...doesn't help your point.
