Julia:
I need to apologize to you because it will takes me a lot of time to
answer properly to your email: basically because of the language
barrier. To compose in English takes me a LOT of time, stress me and on
this specific topic where thoughts fluid very fast it is very hard for
me to make that effort.
I saw than google doesn't translate very well from Spanish to
English...but to write in SP is the only way I could answer on detail in
a reasonable time to your email.

This is only a clumsy draft:

Yes, i know things and i took the time to read the testimonies of well
known victims, not only the anonymous, plus i had -a couple of years
ago- from 1st hand a testimony of ethical misconduct on collaborative
work about Jacob A.
But *this is deeper* than the "jake" scandal, that is why i putted <"ONE
apple?"> and <"The hacker/journalist/leak community will still be a
open, progressive, tolerant community": HAHA Tell me another joke>

I myself experimented several -and on different levels- violent
behaviors from men on this circle plus the "I don'twant/ I prefer not
to hear about these things" from men and (less) women on the
"hacker/journalist/leak" and activist community.
And i had heard myself the testimony of victims of violence (some really
severe) and discrimination, from men in this community, some of them I
know, and are "fiery feminists" outside their homes, and inside are
sadist and mad people, who threat others members of the community than
discovered their real face, to silence them.

I'm sorry to say all they are coward as accomplices and abettors. They
allow these kind of people to continue hurting others, as the same time
they excuse them to reflect on their illness phiquism. As some of whom
now are opening their mouth when they plead they saw Jake doing what the
victims denounced (as
https://twitter.com/garrettr_/status/743306833440342021 I question
myself: WHY most of them wait until NOW?).
(some) Women -instead of men- are still who demonstrate to have the
brave enough to stop these manipulators, some men follow us. Generally
slowly, warmly, behind us.
I have to recognize i was privileged: I could count on Hellekin as a
huge *HUGE* support and victim himself for that reason, of my predator:
because that person tried during months to convince him to shut up... I
know very well the mechanism of abuse of these kind of people.

Then I'm not so surprised about Jake case, beyond i had the opportunity
to shortly met him personally at teh last Camp and i didn't have a bad
impression: that doesn't mean anything, as i could learn from my own case.

I experimented in my own that kind of threats to keep my mouth closed.
As a confident of others' cases I did it after talking with some people
around of this circles and find i had no support, most of them (not all,
fortunately) were afraid of being targeted as doing "drama" and the same
victims didn't want to became public: because of ALL that the Jake's
victims said... retaliation, etc.

But once I suffered violence on my own person from a known IT person on
the security scene, i said it, and -except from some noble individuals-
the answer from "strong and open mind members of our progressive
community" was a blockade.

As someone said: if you say you never saw these kind of things around
you, you have a problem. And that is not about Jake as i pointed out, is
about ALL of us.
