1) Netinstall from iso through apt-cacher-ng:

Devuan archive mirror hostname:
mirror:3142 (that's my apt-cacher-ng)

[OK]

Then the dir pops up and says "/debian/":

Devuan archive mirror directory:
/debian/

Must be:

/merged/

In my case through apt-cacher-ng:

/auto.mirror.devuan.org/merged/

For the rest I just succesfully installed Devuan Jessie Beta (Mate) :-)

The only remarkable thing is a running avahi-daemon. But that's not a
big issue IMHO.
