If it can't run it, and the vendor didn't warn you at time of purchase, then you can insist that they : repair it, replace it, or refund it.

     The dealer will just be instructed to not sell it to people who 
claim they will do anything else than using the pre-installed Windows. 
They don't care our tiny market segment.
