This bug has been reintroduced, here's the latest version2 commit:

https://github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin/blob/beafb4f9031ecf8110be76e76ceafe0cdbf0fa6c/examples/main.cpp#L46

So.. remove rows 45-49 again?
