Also there is a script out there I think in perl for helping to write out ridirects from unbound for adblock filter lists and hosts blocking from someonewhocares.org, and there is a python parser for that sort of thing too. With the unbound/lightthpd method you also get ad blocking on every device you have, like xbox 360, PS4, etc that don't have ad blockers since you can just set unbound as the default dns server.
