Seems there are only "unofficial" apt-cacher-ng nosystemd builds at
the moment, mine is here:
http://www.exegnulinux.net/nosystemd/pool/main/a/apt-cacher-ng/ ..
Maybe Adam's repo has one also. Or build your own.

Although I prefer to not to use 3rd-party repos I don't want libsystemd0.
