I partially read those, and the most I can figure is "systemd forces its
bad hooks into programs, which themselves become unstable, so now
systemd will take care of the instability 'in house', rather than fixing
the bad hooks in the first place".
I'm hardly an expert with programming (okay, barely a novice at times),
but isn't this pretty much a textbook case of "fix the cause, not the
symptom"?
