Especially dig +trace devuan.org

The zone is signed, which means that if your ISP or ISP-shipped router
messes with DNSSEC data, validation will fail. A vast majority of websites
are not signed, thus you might have not noticed this problem before.

If this is the case, for example "angband.pl" will fail for you too.
