He found a bug in amprolla!

The repo IS updated and in sync with stretch, but it build the header of
the Release files on deriving it from our main repository, so, the date
is the last time the /devuan repo is updated, not the last time amprolla
is running.

This isn't a real issue, but anyway has to be fixed.

If you can better formulate an answer, i will go in shell to fix it
right now :)
